Returns & Exchange
All our sneakers are made per order with great care so please choose your size carefuly.
In case your shoes don’t fit right we offer free exchange (one size up or down) during the first 30 days after receiving your new sneakers.
In case you notice any manufacturing fault we guarantee free exchange or return and shipping reimbursed during the first 30 days after receiving your new sneakers.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned/exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will reimburse the shipping costs if you return damaged or faulty product. We won't reimburse shipping costs if you exchange wrong size sneakers. We strongly suggest you use Size Guide tab in the product page.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When return is approved, your purchase amount + shipping fee refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
We do not refund any custom duties or taxes that are collected in some countries when receiving sneakers.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
